The End of Nuclear Colonization
Jaswant Singh is senior advisor to Indian Prime Minister Atal Behair Vajpayee on defense and foreign affairs. He is conducting negotiations with US Deputy Secretary of State Strobe Talbott on whether India will sign the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty, and whether the United States will lift economic sanctions imposed at the time of India's recent nuclear tests.
