Partisan Impeachment for Private Acts Challenges
the Constitution
Arthur Schlesinger Jr., the American historian and one-time
aide to President John F. Kennedy, is a Pulitzer Prize-Winning author
whose most recent book includes The Disuniting of America (WW Norton,
1998).
New York - What's it all about, this brawl
in Washington? Some think it is about punishing an adulterous and mendacious
